Personal Data and Privacy
The Provider (sportsheroes.pro) collects personal data from the Customer profiles on the Website only with the Customer’s consent and uses it for the following purposes:
Providing the Customer with access to the Content and Services provided;
Contacting the Customer in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the sale of the Services offered;
Sending brochures and/or notices electronically.

Statistical purposes.
Signing up for the newsletter on the Website shall be deemed to be the Customer’s consent to the Supplier collecting and processing their personal data.
The Supplier may, without the Customer’s consent, collect other data provided by the web browser through which the Website is accessed and may be used to improve the Services provided to Customers.
The Customer has the right to object to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by the Provider and to request that it be deleted. By doing so, the Customer withdraws its consent in respect of the Document and waives any rights described therein. Withdrawal of consent to the Document shall take place in the manner provided for therein and shall have the consequences set out therein. The Customer’s withdrawal from the Document shall not have the effect of extinguishing any rights that the Supplier has against the Customer or discharging any obligations that the Customer has to the Supplier.
The customer may change the personal data provided by him at any time, in accordance with the requirement of the authenticity of the data provided.
The Provider undertakes to use the Customer’s personal data only for the purposes specified in the Document and not to provide them to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law in the presence of a request from a competent government authority.
The Provider shall not be liable for any illegal actions committed by third parties that have resulted in compromising the security of the server storing the Customer’s personal data.
The following actions will be considered an attempt to misuse the Website or the Content. The persons who have committed them will be subject to the actions provided for by law:
Attempting to access another Customer’s data;
altering the content of the Website or a message sent by the Provider to its Customers;
affecting the operation of the server(s) of the Website;
providing access to or sharing with third parties Content sent by the Provider to Customers where the recipient of the Content is not the legitimate recipient.
